Welcome to Corporate Gift Club. By accessing our website, placing an order, or availing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Scope of Services
Corporate Gift Club provides corporate gifting solutions including, but not limited to:
- Corporate & bulk gifting
- Customized gifts
- Festive, employee, client & event gifting
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Orders & Confirmation
- Orders must be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or official purchase order.
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified, especially for customized products.
- Any change after confirmation may lead to additional charges and revised delivery timelines.
- Pricing & Payment
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- An advance payment is mandatory to initiate the order.
- Full payment must be completed before dispatch or delivery.
- Delayed payments may result in order delays or cancellation.
- Customization Policy
- Customized products are created strictly as per client-approved designs.
- Once approved, designs cannot be altered.
- Minor variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur and will not be treated as defects.
- Delivery & Timelines
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to customization, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Corporate Gift Club is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
- Any special delivery requests must be communicated in advance.
- Inspection & Acceptance
- Clients must inspect products upon delivery.
- Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with proper evidence.
- Complaints raised after this period may not be accepted.
- Returns & Refunds
- No returns or refunds are applicable for customized or bulk orders.
- Non-customized items may be eligible for replacement in case of manufacturing defects, subject to verification.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per company policy.
- Intellectual Property
All designs, visuals, concepts, and materials created by Corporate Gift Club remain the intellectual property of the Company unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Confidentiality
All client data, branding details, and shared information will remain confidential and used only for order fulfillment purposes.
- Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the order placed. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
- Force Majeure
Corporate Gift Club shall not be held responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore|Karnataka.
- Amendments
Corporate Gift Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
