Corporate Gift Club
At Corporate Gift Club, we aim to deliver high-quality corporate gifting solutions. As most of our products involve bulk and/or customization, our return and refund policies are outlined clearly below.
- General Policy
- All sales made with Corporate Gift Club are considered final.
- Returns and refunds are subject to the nature of the product and order confirmation terms.
- Customized & Bulk Orders
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable on:
- Customized products (logo branding, names, special packaging, color themes, etc.)
- Bulk corporate orders
- Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
- Non-Customized Products
- Non-customized products may be eligible for replacement only in case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged products received
Refunds are not applicable unless explicitly approved by the Company.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Any issue related to damage, defect, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The complaint must include:
- Clear photographs/videos of the product
- Original packaging and invoice
Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
- Approval & Replacement Process
- All return/replacement requests are subject to verification by Corporate Gift Club.
- If approved, replacement will be arranged within a reasonable timeline based on product availability.
- Shipping or handling charges, if applicable, will be communicated separately.
- Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing timelines may vary based on banks or payment gateways.
- Taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, especially for customized or bulk orders.
- Any advance payment made is non-refundable.
- Limitation of Liability
Corporate Gift Club’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the product supplied. The Company shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
